This policy sets out CorayNova's publisher identity, public name, legal name, business correspondence locations, website and journal platform relationship, management responsibilities, and official contact routes.

Transparent publisher identity and contact information support accountable scholarly publishing, responsible journal management, author and reader trust, and alignment with recognized transparency standards for scholarly journals and publishers.

This policy applies to CorayNova's publisher website, CorayNova-published journals, partner or hosted journals where CorayNova provides publishing or platform support, and public communications that identify CorayNova as publisher, platform provider, editorial office, publishing partner, or contact point.

• Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to authors, editors, reviewers, readers, institutional partners, libraries, societies, journal proposal teams, advertisers, sponsors, service providers, complainants, and members of the public who need to identify or contact CorayNova.

• Policy Statement

The formal legal name is CorayNova Academic Press Limited. The public publishing name is CorayNova Academic Press. The short form is CorayNova.

CorayNova uses the CorayNova website at https://www.coraynova.com as its publisher website. CorayNova uses the CorayNova Journals Platform at https://www.coraynova.com/journals as the platform for journal information, manuscript submission, peer review, editorial communication, article records, metadata, full text, supplementary materials, publication information, and post-publication updates.

CorayNova maintains official contact routes for general enquiries, editorial matters, technical support, marketing and cooperation, and serious institutional-level matters. CorayNova does not publish private phone numbers, private email addresses, or unstable instant-message channels as formal policy contact routes.

Each journal hosted or published through CorayNova should clearly identify its journal-level scope, editorial leadership, peer review model, contact route, APC or fee information where applicable, license information, copyright position, indexing statements, archiving information, and submission requirements on the relevant journal page.
