This page helps authors contact the right CorayNova route for journal questions, editorial communication, platform support, APC and payment questions, publication ethics concerns, complaints, appeals, and permission requests.

Authors with an active submission should normally use the relevant discussion function on the CorayNova Journals Platform when the issue concerns a specific manuscript. If a platform discussion is not available or the author is unsure which route to use, the contacts below may be used.

Journal name, manuscript ID if available, article title, corresponding author name, and DOI or article URL if published.
Platform issue
Account email, browser/device information where useful, screenshots if appropriate, and a clear description of the technical problem.
APC or payment
Journal name, article title, invoice number if available, payment date, payer name, and transaction reference where available.
Ethics or complaint
A clear description of the concern, relevant documents or dates, and whether the issue relates to an active submission, published article, or general policy matter.
