Navigation: Resources > For Authors > How to Submit through the CorayNova Journals Platform
Authors submit manuscripts to CorayNova journals through the CorayNova Journals Platform. The platform supports online submission, file upload, metadata entry, submission checklists, editorial communication, revision handling, and author-editor discussion during the editorial process.
This page explains the general submission flow in external user language. Each journal's workflow, required information, article types, file requirements, declarations, and checks may differ. Authors should review the relevant journal page on the CorayNova Journals Platform before beginning a submission.

Author Action |
Important Notes |
|
Step 1. Create or log in to an account |
Create a platform account or log in with an existing account. Authors should use an email address that they can monitor throughout the submission and editorial process. |
Keep account information current. Platform messages may be used for submission checks, editorial queries, revision requests, and production communication. |
|
Step 2. Choose the target journal |
Select the journal that best fits the manuscript's subject, article type, readership, methods, ethical requirements, and publication expectations. |
Authors should review the journal's Aims and Scope, author guidelines, article types, peer review policy, APC/license information, and contact route before starting. |
|
Step 3. Start a new submission |
Begin a new submission in the selected journal. The platform may ask authors to confirm language, section, article type, or other initial information. |
Starting a submission does not mean it has been completed or sent to the editorial office. |
|
Step 4. Select article type or section |
Choose the most appropriate article type, section, or submission category available for the selected journal. |
Article type or section may affect required files, declarations, review route, metadata fields, APC treatment, licensing, or publication workflow. |
|
Step 5. Enter manuscript metadata |
Enter accurate information such as title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs where used, funding information, references where required, and other journal-specific metadata. |
Metadata should match the manuscript files. Accurate metadata supports editorial handling, discovery, indexing, citation, and publication records. |
|
Step 6. Upload manuscript files |
Upload the main manuscript and any required files such as figures, tables, supplementary materials, reporting checklists, cover letter, ethics documents, permission files, or anonymized files where required. |
File requirements may differ by journal and article type. Authors should use clear file labels and follow the journal's instructions. |
|
Step 7. Confirm checklist and declarations |
Read and confirm the submission checklist and any required declarations, such as authorship, competing interests, funding, ethics approval, data availability, AI use, preprint disclosure, third-party permissions, and originality. |
Authors should not confirm a declaration unless it is accurate. Journal-specific checklist items remain authoritative. |
|
Step 8. Review and submit |
Review all information, uploaded files, metadata, author details, declarations, and journal-specific requirements before final confirmation. |
Submission is not complete until the author has reviewed all information and confirmed the final submission step on the platform. |
|
Step 9. Use platform discussions for communication |
After submission, authors should monitor platform messages and use platform discussions for editorial communication, revision questions, file clarifications, and other manuscript-related correspondence where requested. |
For scope, manuscript status, and editorial communication questions, authors may contact editorial@coraynova.com. For technical access or platform problems, authors may contact support@coraynova.com. |
· Important Platform Notes
Journal workflows may differ. Some journals may require additional forms, declarations, files, metadata fields, review checks, or article-type-specific steps. Authors should follow the selected journal's details page and author guidelines.
Authors should not assume that uploading files alone completes a submission. Submission is not complete until the author has reviewed all information and confirmed the final submission step on the platform.
