This resource sets out CorayNova Academic Press's publisher-level standards for archiving, preservation, persistent linking, and responsible maintenance of the scholarly record.

CorayNova supports long-term access through platform records, article landing pages, DOI persistence, metadata maintenance, backups, post-publication notice linking, and preservation arrangements appropriate to each journal and platform configuration.

· Publisher-Level Preservation Approach

CorayNova has enabled the PKP Preservation Network for eligible journals/content where supported by platform and journal configuration. This statement reflects the publisher-level platform setting and eligibility approach; specific preservation status may depend on the journal, content, platform configuration, technical eligibility, and deposit status.

In addition to the PKP Preservation Network, CorayNova supports preservation through DOI persistence, platform records, article landing pages, backups, metadata maintenance, and post-publication notice linking.

Platform records	Maintains journal pages, article pages, metadata, license information, full text where available, supplementary materials where available, and article status information.
Article landing pages	Serve as the preferred human-readable record for current article information, licensing, supplementary materials, and post-publication updates.
Backups	Support operational continuity and recovery according to platform and operational needs.
Metadata maintenance	Supports discovery, citation, repository records, correction/retraction linking, and article-status transparency.
Post-publication notice linking	Connects articles with corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, publisher's notes, editorial notes, article removals, or updated records where applicable.

 

· Additional Preservation Services

CorayNova strongly encourages journals to consider additional preservation services such as LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, or Portico where appropriate and formally enabled by the journal. These services should be stated on the relevant journal page when active.

At the publisher level, CorayNova requires PKP Preservation Network activation where eligible and supported by the platform and journal configuration. LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, Portico, and similar services are strongly encouraged but are not publisher-mandated unless formally adopted by the relevant journal or agreement.

LOCKSS	State on a journal page only when the journal has formally enabled or adopted the service.
CLOCKSS	State on a journal page only when the journal has formally enabled or adopted the service.
Portico	State on a journal page only when the journal has formally enabled or adopted the service.
Repository or institutional archiving	Describe according to article license, self-archiving terms, repository requirements, and journal policy.
Third-party indexes and databases	Do not describe as preservation guarantees; availability and coverage are controlled by the third party.

 

· Journal Closure, Transfer, Merger, or Cooperation Ending

If a journal is closed, transferred, merged, or affected by the end of a cooperation arrangement, CorayNova will seek to preserve the scholarly record, metadata, DOI links, and access information according to obligations, platform capacity, preservation arrangements, and agreements.

CorayNova may update journal pages, article pages, metadata, notices, or access information to help readers understand the continuing status of the journal and its published content.

· Limits of Long-Term Access Statements

Long-term preservation does not guarantee that any third-party database, indexing platform, institutional repository, discovery service, search engine, or external website will remain available permanently or display CorayNova records in the same way.

Institutions and libraries should use DOI links and article landing pages as preferred access points and should update local records when corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, article removals, or other post-publication notices are issued.
