CorayNova aims to handle institutional communication respectfully, accurately, and proportionately. For publication ethics, research integrity, complaints, appeals, corrections, retractions, expressions of concern, or article removal matters, CorayNova may route the enquiry through the Editorial Office or another publisher-level process as appropriate.
Institutions should avoid sending confidential, personal, copyrighted, or sensitive materials unless they are necessary for the enquiry and appropriate to share. If a matter involves legal, privacy, safety, research integrity, or institutional risk, the sender should describe the issue clearly and use the appropriate escalation route.
