This resource sets out CorayNova Academic Press's publisher-level standards for libraries, institutional repositories, discovery services, research offices, and subject specialists that link to, describe, recommend, or preserve access to CorayNova journal content.

Libraries and repositories play a central role in responsible scholarly access. CorayNova supports accurate linking, responsible metadata use, open access discovery, repository records, and reader access while protecting platform stability, publication integrity, permissions, and the scholarly record.

· Permitted Library and Repository Uses

Libraries may add CorayNova journals and articles to A-Z lists, catalogues, discovery layers, LibGuides, institutional open access pages, subject guides, repository records, course guides, and research support resources.

Institutional repositories may link to article landing pages, DOIs, journal pages, and table of contents pages. They must not copy the full website, mirror the platform, or reproduce platform content beyond what is permitted by the applicable license, law, or written authorization.

Use	CorayNova Standard
A-Z lists and catalogues	Libraries may list journal titles and link to journal pages or article pages using accurate journal and platform information.
Discovery layers	Libraries may use available metadata, DOI metadata, platform records, and reasonable linking practices.
LibGuides and subject guides	Libraries may recommend relevant journals or articles with accurate links, license information, and non-misleading descriptions.
Institutional open access pages	Institutions may describe CorayNova access routes and link to journal pages, article landing pages, or DOI records.
Repository records	Repositories may create article records according to article license, version, copyright, self-archiving, and funder requirements.
Course guides and reading lists	Permitted where license terms, attribution, DOI linking, and institutional policy allow the use.

 

· Metadata Import and Automated Access

Libraries and repositories may use available metadata exports, DOI metadata, platform metadata, RSS feeds, alerts where available, and reasonable automated access for legitimate discovery, cataloguing, repository, or research support purposes.

Automated access must be reasonable, must not disrupt platform stability, must not bypass security mechanisms, and must not remove attribution, DOI, license, version, or article-status information.

Available metadata exports	May be used for catalogue, repository, discovery, and institutional records when available.
DOI metadata	May be used for persistent linking, citation support, metadata enrichment, and repository records.
Platform metadata	May be used responsibly with accurate source attribution and article-status information.
RSS or alerts where available	May be used for current awareness, new issue alerts, and subject guide updates.
Reasonable automated access	Permitted when it does not overload the platform, bypass access controls, ignore robots or security signals, or impair service.
Bulk copying, mirroring, or commercial  redistribution	Not permitted unless allowed by license, applicable law, or written authorization.

 

· Brand, Covers, Logos, and Platform Content

CorayNova logos, journal cover images, website design elements, platform screenshots, and branded materials may be used only with permission or in accordance with applicable brand and permissions rules. Use of such materials must not imply that CorayNova endorses a third-party product, service, institution, policy position, or viewpoint.

Institutions must not copy, mirror, scrape, or commercially redistribute website content, logos, design elements, platform data, or full-text content unless the applicable license, law, or written authorization permits the specific use.
