This resource sets out CorayNova Academic Press's publisher-level standards for article metadata, persistent linking, and responsible discoverability.

CorayNova is committed to providing high-quality metadata that helps institutions, libraries, repositories, discovery services, funders, authors, and readers identify, link to, cite, and understand the current status of published articles.

· Metadata Standard

CorayNova is committed to providing high-quality metadata, including article title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, references where available, DOI, ORCID where provided, funding information where provided, license information, publication date, article version/status, and correction/retraction links.

Metadata quality depends on accurate author submission, journal editorial checks, production processing, platform configuration, and post-publication maintenance. Institutions using CorayNova metadata should preserve source links and avoid altering metadata in a way that misidentifies the article or its status.

Correction/retraction links

Supports responsible record updates and prevents citation of outdated or affected records in isolation.

· DOI and Preferred Linking

CorayNova supports DOI-based persistent linking for published articles where assigned. Institutions and libraries should use the DOI or the article landing page as the preferred link in catalogues, discovery systems, institutional repositories, subject guides, course guides, and research support materials.

The article landing page is the preferred human-readable record because it can display the current article status, license, supplementary materials, post-publication notices, and updated metadata.

· Metadata Dissemination

CorayNova deposits and maintains article metadata through Crossref where applicable. Metadata availability, completeness, timing, and downstream display may vary according to journal setup, article type, production status, third-party service processing, and platform configuration.

ORCID identifiers are encouraged, but their presence depends on author submission and platform or journal configuration. Institutions should not infer that an article lacks author identity verification solely because an ORCID identifier is not displayed.
