This resource sets out CorayNova Academic Press's publisher-level standards for institutional open access compliance, license review, self-archiving checks, and responsible repository support.

CorayNova supports institutional open access compliance goals. Authors and institutions should verify funder requirements, institutional policies, repository requirements, license terms, copyright status, version rules, and any embargo or deposit conditions before relying on a specific compliance route.

· Core Compliance Principle

CorayNova-owned journals operate in principle under an open access model. Partner journals, special publishing arrangements, and future journals may use access models identified on the relevant journal and article pages.

A publicly accessible article is not automatically reusable for every purpose. Specific reuse rights are determined by the article license, copyright status, third-party material permissions, and applicable law.

· Compliance Checks for Authors and Institutions

Authors and institutions should check article license, copyright status, self-archiving terms, funder policy, repository requirements, embargo if any, and version allowed for deposit.

Self-archiving terms

Check what version may be deposited, where it may be deposited, and whether any conditions apply.

Funder policy

Confirm license, deposit, acknowledgement, data, metadata, and timing requirements imposed by the funder.

Institutional policy

Confirm local repository, rights retention, reporting, and research office requirements.

Repository requirements

Confirm allowed version, metadata fields, DOI link, license display, embargo handling, and file requirements.

Embargo if any

Check whether any delay applies before repository deposit or public display.

Version allowed for deposit

Confirm whether the Version of Record, accepted manuscript, preprint, or another version may be deposited.

· Self-Archiving and Repository Deposit

CorayNova encourages open access compliance and responsible self-archiving. The specific license, copyright, version, and deposit conditions for each article are governed by the article page and journal policy.

The availability of the Version of Record, accepted manuscript, or preprint for self-archiving depends on the article license and journal policy. Institutions should prioritize linking to the Version of Record and DOI so that readers can find the current article status, license, supplementary materials, and post-publication notices.

Accepted manuscript

Supplementary materials

Deposit and reuse depend on file-specific license statements, third-party rights, privacy, ethics, data restrictions, and journal policy.

· Institutional Records

Institutional repositories and research information systems should retain accurate article title, author information, journal title, publication date, DOI, license statement, version information, funding information where available, and links to corrections, retractions, or other post-publication notices where relevant.

If an article has been corrected, retracted, updated, or marked with an expression of concern, institutional records should be updated so that the article is not presented without its current scholarly status.
