CorayNova may provide platform, workflow, metadata, policy, production coordination, training, technical, and communication support according to the journal model, agreement, platform capacity, operational needs, and approved support plan.

· Support Boundaries
Platform and publishing support does not guarantee indexing, database coverage, Impact Factor, external recognition, society membership, journal ranking, manuscript submissions, publication volume, acceptance rate, revenue, publicity outcome, or third-party endorsement.
Journal-specific workflows may be used when approved, but they must comply with CorayNova's foundational policies, publication ethics standards, peer review expectations, record-keeping requirements, platform requirements, and public transparency standards.
· Preservation and Continuity
CorayNova requires eligible journals/content to use the PKP Preservation Network where supported by platform and journal configuration. LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, Portico, and similar additional preservation services are strongly encouraged but not publisher-mandated unless formally adopted by the relevant journal or agreement.
