Readers should provide complete information so that CorayNova can identify the article, understand the concern, preserve confidentiality where needed, and route the matter appropriately. Complete information normally includes the article title, journal title, DOI or URL, concern type, specific location, brief explanation, evidence or relevant files where available, and a contact email.

Serious institutional-level matters may be escalated to executive@coraynova.com. External contact with institutions, funders, authorities, or third parties is handled by the Editorial Office or publisher-level route, not by individual readers acting on behalf of CorayNova.
