This resource sets out CorayNova Academic Press's publisher-level form framework for complaints, appeals, ethics concerns, correction requests, copyright or permissions concerns, and privacy or data requests.

Clear forms help authors, reviewers, readers, editors, institutions, and other parties provide the information CorayNova needs to assess concerns responsibly, confidentially, proportionately, and according to the relevant policy route.

CorayNova assesses submitted forms according to urgency, available evidence, confidentiality needs, policy requirements, legal or privacy considerations, and operational needs. Submitting a form does not determine the outcome of an editorial, ethical, legal, privacy, or publication record assessment.

· Available Forms

Use the form type that best matches the matter being reported. When a matter includes more than one issue, submit the clearest primary form and include all relevant details and evidence.

· Information to Include in Every Form

Complete information helps CorayNova identify the relevant journal, article, issue, records, and responsible handling route. Submitters should provide as much of the following information as reasonably possible.

Information	Details to Provide
Name and contact email	Provide name and contact email unless submitting anonymously. A valid contact route helps CorayNova request clarification and communicate outcomes where appropriate.
Role	State whether you are an author, reader, reviewer, editor, institution, copyright holder, data subject, representative, or other party.
Journal title	Name the CorayNova journal involved.
Article title	Provide the article title if the matter concerns a submitted or published article.
DOI or URL	Provide the DOI, article landing page, submission record, journal page, or relevant CorayNova website URL where available.
Concern type	Identify the main type of concern, complaint, appeal, correction request, copyright matter, permissions matter, privacy matter, or data request.
Specific location	Identify the paragraph, section, figure, table, metadata field, review stage, communication, decision letter, platform screen, or record involved.
Brief explanation	Explain the concern clearly, factually, and respectfully.
Evidence or supporting files	Provide documents, screenshots, correspondence, ethics documents, permission records, data information, or other evidence where appropriate.
Requested action	State what action you are requesting, such as review, correction, clarification, permission, escalation, appeal assessment, metadata update, privacy response, or technical support.

 

· Complaint and Appeal Form

Complaints and appeals may be submitted through the relevant journal's CorayNova Journals Platform discussion route where available, by emailing editorial@coraynova.com, or through the Feedback page. Serious institutional-level matters may be escalated to executive@coraynova.com.

Specific disagreement with editorial judgment alone is not sufficient for an appeal. An appeal should identify a procedural error, factual error, conflict of interest, ethics issue, or serious scholarly concern that may have affected the decision or handling of the matter.

Requested review	State whether you request clarification, correction of a process error, appeal assessment, independent review where appropriate, or other action.

 

· Ethics Concern Form

Publication ethics and research integrity concerns should be reported privately to editorial@coraynova.com. Submitters should not contact authors, reviewers, institutions, funders, media, or third parties directly on CorayNova's behalf. Serious institutional-level matters may be escalated to executive@coraynova.com.

· Identify the article, submission, author, reviewer, editor, or record involved as precisely as possible.

· Describe the concern, such as plagiarism, duplicate submission, authorship dispute, data concern, image concern, undisclosed conflict, AI misuse, reviewer manipulation, research ethics concern, consent issue, or citation manipulation.

· Provide evidence, comparison documents, screenshots, data references, permission records, or other supporting materials where appropriate.

· State whether confidentiality, anonymity, legal sensitivity, privacy, safety, or institutional sensitivity should be considered.

· Correction Request Form

Correction requests should identify the published record and the exact change requested. CorayNova evaluates correction requests according to the nature of the error, the article record, the available evidence, journal workflow, metadata implications, and the relevant post-publication policy route.

· Provide the article title, journal title, DOI or URL, and publication date where available.

· Identify the exact location of the error, such as title, author name, affiliation, funding information, abstract, text, figure, table, supplementary material, reference, metadata, or link.

· Explain the correction requested and provide supporting evidence.

· State whether the error affects interpretation, reliability, attribution, licensing, metadata, or discoverability.

· Copyright, Permissions, Privacy and Data Requests

Copyright, license, reuse, and permissions concerns about article content or CorayNova-published material should be sent to editorial@coraynova.com. Platform permission or technical access issues should be sent to support@coraynova.com.

Privacy and data requests should be sent to info@coraynova.com. Platform technical issues related to account access, display, login, or system function may also be directed to support@coraynova.com. Serious institutional-level matters may be sent to executive@coraynova.com.

Copyright or reuse concern	Identify the material, source, article, DOI/URL, license statement, alleged issue, requested action, and evidence of rights or permission.
Permission request	Describe the material requested, proposed use, format, audience, distribution, commercial or non-commercial nature, attribution plan, and deadline.
Platform permission issue	Describe the account, journal, article, access problem, permission error, file display issue, or technical behavior, with screenshots where appropriate.
Privacy or data request	Provide identity or representative information where appropriate, data or record involved, request type, relevant URL or account, and the action requested.

 

· Anonymous Submissions

Anonymous submissions are permitted for readers or concern reporters. Anonymous reporting may help raise a concern, but it may limit CorayNova's ability to verify information, request clarification, assess evidence, communicate with the reporter, or explain the handling route.

· Assessment Route

CorayNova will assess submitted complaints, appeals, concerns, correction requests, copyright matters, permissions matters, privacy requests, and data requests according to urgency, evidence, confidentiality needs, policy requirements, legal or privacy considerations, and operational needs. CorayNova does not commit to a fixed handling time on this resource page.

Where a concern requires journal-level editorial review, publisher-level ethics assessment, legal or privacy review, platform technical support, independent editorial review, or serious institutional-level escalation, CorayNova will route the matter accordingly.
